THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE NO EXCUSES RETURN POLICY ARE: 1) if a school or team name or logo has also been embroidered on the garment, or if the garment has been otherwise personalized with an individual's name and/or jersey number, or with another word or phrase, or 2) for all sandals. In these instances, returns for refund or exchange are ONLY permitted if there is a defect in materials or manufacturing. We carefully inspect each garment before it is sent to you. So please measure size and order correctly. If you are ordering sandals or are personalizing the item and have a question about size, call us. We'll help you decide the correct size. Ordering the wrong size or ordering the wrong color combination for garments that have been personalized or for sandals are not valid reasons to return these items. Returns for these reasons are solely at Laxwear's discretion. |
